Kelly Charles-Collins is a veteran Employment Law Trial

In addition to being an attorney, Kelly is the CEO of HR
Legally Speaking, a professional speaking, training and consulting
company. She is a professional member of the National Speakers
Association, an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration
Association, and a Professor at the University of Tampa. Kelly is
also the creator of the bySTANDer free zoneTM based on
her TEDx talk about the Bystander Effect where she discusses the
impact of indifference and the power of action.
A powerhouse, Kelly’s presentations are interactive and
